How do you ship your acrylic paintings?

I ship all paintings wrapped and in bubbles via Priority USPS to ensure they arrive quickly and safely.

What happens if I'm not satisfied with my painting?

Every effort is made to provide you with what you are expecting., saving the work with you before it is shipped.  If you are unhappy, return the original and I can work on a new one. 

Do you offer exchanges?

If you are unhappy with what you received, yes.

Where are you located?

The studio is located in Scottsdale, Arizona, United States. I ship my paintings worldwide.

How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping costs for The art of Libbie are calculated based upon the customer's location and the painting's size and weight. These costs are not included in the painting's price and are calculated at checkout.

How do you ensure the paintings arrive safely?

Each painting from The art of Libbie is carefully wrapped and then packed in bubble wrap to ensure it arrives safely and undamaged.

I've never had a damaged painting arrive and don't want to start now!

What if my painting arrives damaged?

In the rare event that your painting arrives damaged, please contact me immediately with photos of the damage. I will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
